The Church of England Birmingham is seeking a Head of Parish Growth to provide strategic leadership for parish growth and to develop a team of parish growth specialists. The role involves coaching clergy and lay leaders to convert vision into measurable growth across parishes and Oversight Areas.
Reporting to the Director of Mission, you will shape mission planning, discipleship pathways and growth initiatives while collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver a joined-up approach to mission.
