Overview

Resourcing Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Specialist for HCA Healthcare UK – Theatre Practitioner role at The Christie Private Care, Manchester.

Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics/Scrub/Recovery • Manchester, The Christie Private Care • Full time: 37.5 hours per week • Shifts: 4 days per week, Monday–Saturday. Shift times 07:30–20:00; 9.5-hour days. Overtime available and occasional on-calls.

Permanent • Salary: Up to £34,500 dependent on experience + 4% shift enhancement

We are looking for a Theatre Practitioner with experience in two of the three perioperative disciplines to join our Theatres team, at The Christie Private Care, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.

What You Will Do

  • Proficiency and competency in at least two of the perioperative areas: Anaesthetics, Scrub and Recovery
  • Provide seamless support throughout the patient journey by applying your skills and passion
  • Deliver outstanding perioperative care across specialisms including Urology, Gynaecology, General Surgery, Plastics, and state-of-the-art Robotic Surgery, with opportunities to engage in cutting-edge acute oncology procedures
  • Help maintain a world-class theatre environment through meticulous cleaning, stock management, and ensuring theatres are fully prepared for every case
