You’ll join a friendly, inclusive team committed to improving colleague experience and engagement. We value collaboration, creativity, and a flexible, proactive approach. You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills and contribute ideas. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the Workforce division, supporting a wide range of activities including health and wellbeing and our wide range of equality, diversity and inclusion staff networks.
