We are excited to offer two fantastic opportunities to join the Resourcing Team at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. This is an especially interesting time to come on board, as the team is currently transitioning alongside other Greater Manchester trusts toward a centralised Recruitment Hub. The Resourcing team provides a high‑level customer focused service to managers and applicants, providing support via our recruitment system TRAC, and other communication methods.
The role predominantly provides the transactional throughput of resourcing and systems functions, including advertising through to contracts and hiring. The duties are varied, ranging from advising and supporting managers throughout the recruitment process and ensuring key employment requirements are satisfied, including the inputting of pay and pre‑employment information onto the payroll system.
There are many other aspects of this role that support and enable the Resourcing Team to provide a high‑level service; therefore we are looking for a team member who is not afraid of a challenge, has a track record of being an excellent communicator, and a customer focused approach. You will need to be able to demonstrate the use of different electronic systems and be able to display excellent organisational skills and understand priorities to meet the often‑varied demands.
