We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead and shape our work of gospel partnership at a critical and exciting moment. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision, relational warmth, and theological conviction, and wants to see God at work amongst students in universities across Great Britain.
As Head of Partnerships you will champion a vision of fundraising not as transactional, but as genuine gospel partnership as you lead and develop an integrated Partnerships strategy that inspires prayerful and generous partnership in UCCF’s mission. You will provide strategic leadership to the Partnerships team and help them flourish and grow in effectiveness. Together with the team you will build and steward strong relationships with supporters, churches, trusts, and major donors.
- Hours: Full-time of 37.5 hours per week, or part-time considered (minimum of 0.8FTE)
- Holiday: 30 days holiday per year, plus 8 public holidays
- Location: Hybrid working from our Oxford office
