Role Purpose
This role is a commercially focused Internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) position with responsibility for qualifying inbound enquiries, developing opportunities within the existing customer base, and supporting the sales team through structured sales administration. The role sits at the front of the revenue engine. It combines proactive opportunity development with disciplined sales operations to ensure that high-quality, well-qualified opportunities are passed to the field sales team and that deals progress efficiently through internal systems. This role does not include responsibility for marketing or social media activity.
