You will support the promotion of sustainable shopping and the shop\’s social media to increase audience reach, attract customers, donors, and volunteer supporters to deliver the Retail Strategy.
Role Requirements
- Maximise shop sales by achieving targets through donated stock and bought-in/new goods. This involves proactive stock generation, optimum pricing, processing stock, and stock planning.
- Achieve Gift Aid sales conversion targets by maximising new donor sign-ups and encouraging repeat donations.
- Meet Raffle sales targets by involving the shop team.
- Maintain high standards of shop presentation through merchandising and housekeeping as set out in the Shops Operations manual.
- Manage stock levels of bought-in/new goods, including ordering and recording KPIs.
- Assist in holding and attending fundraising events to promote The Children’s Trust.
- Source links with local communities to promote retail via media and other channels.
- Manual handling of stock, including sorting and lifting, is involved.
