We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the New Wickford Shop. You will be working in a creative environment, working with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution. You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise the vital funds needed to support our frontline work.
You will need to be driven and focused on making money, and have good communication skills both inside and outside the shop, reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop. As a Shop Manager, you will manage Assistant Shop Managers along with a team of diverse Volunteers. You will need great people skills and be confident at working with people from different backgrounds, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all of our staff, volunteers, and supporters.
