Location: Westhoughton
14 hours week – will include some weekend shifts.

About the Role:
This role sits within our Retail Domain, which transforms donated goods into vital income to support young people across the UK. You’ll play a key part in our Westhoughton shop, supporting a team to deliver excellent customer service, community engagement, and income generation. You will be required to follow a shift pattern agreed with your shop manager, and will include some weekend shifts. We’re looking for a charity experienced, confident, passionate, team member to join our amazing team in this location to make a positive impact in how we support the charity’s goals. You will have the ability to lead people, grow a volunteer team for the shop manager and assist the shop manager, drive sales and profits, and drive improvements that strengthen the shop’s performance and community impact.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Commercial understanding around what makes a positive impact on sales in a charity environment.
- Ability to nurture volunteers and understand how best to inspire a team to deliver.
- Complete flexibility as the store enjoys a busy community location requiring this in terms of hours worked.

- I.T skills
- Proven coaching skills
- Demonstrable performance management skills
