We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the Warwick shop. You will be working in a creative environment, dealing with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution. You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise the vital funds needed to support our frontline work. You will need to be driven and focused on making money, and have good communication skills both inside and outside the shop, reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an Assistant Shop Manager and a team of diverse Volunteers.
  • Lead and motivate staff and volunteers to create a welcoming and positive experience for all.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and contribution.
  • Engage with local community and partners to build fundraising support.
  • Ensure safeguarding and safe working practices are upheld in the shop environment.

Qualifications

  • Retail/Management experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Creative approach to working with donated goods and driving sales.
