The Children's Society is seeking a Shop Manager for our Shoreham shop to lead a team, deliver excellent customer service, and maximise income from donated goods. You will supervise volunteers, maintain high shop standards, and build strong links with the local community.
This role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a schedule across 5 days out of 7 (may include Sundays). A commercially minded leader with strong people skills is essential to drive sales and community impact.
