The Children’s Society is seeking a proactive Shop Manager for our North Chingford shop. You will lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, engage with the local community and drive income generation through retail activity.
You will oversee shifts, recruit and develop volunteers, manage cash handling and budgeting, and ensure safeguarding and high standards across operations. The role involves 5 days out of 7, with training and support provided by the charity.
