We are looking for a Regional (Peripatetic) Sessional Shop Assistant to cover four of our shops in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire areas. You will need to have access to your own transport, or if not, be prepared to use public transport to fully cover these shops. All travel expenses will be covered.
Are you self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and thrive on challenges? Can you assist the Shop Manager in driving sales and profits while working closely with staff and volunteers to ensure we deliver the best level of customer service?
We are looking for someone who loves working with people, has the ability to lead in the absence of the Shop Manager, and can inspire and empower those around them. A friendly and positive approach is essential, as well as the ability to instil energy in the team. Do you have a creative ability that you can bring to the role?
You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise vital funds needed to support our frontline work. Good communication skills are important, both inside and outside the shop, as you will be reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop.
