Fixed Term for 12 months initially with a view to become permanent.

Hours: 37 hours a week over Monday to Saturday usually 5 days a week.

Salary: £25,760 per annum

Location: Base shop Blaydon. To cover 11 shops in the region within a tight cluster.

It is essential that you have access to transport.

We're looking for a Mobile Shop Manager who can step into different locations, support teams, and help our shops thrive.

  • Managing and supporting different shop locations as needed
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, merchandising and customer service
  • Creating positive experiences for customers and volunteers
  • Helping each shop achieve its goals while contributing to the wider mission of the charity
