The predicted salary is between 25760 - 25760 £ per year.
Fixed Term for 12 months initially with a view to become permanent. Hours: 37 hours a week over Monday to Saturday usually 5 days a week. Salary: £25,760 per annum. Location: Base shop Blaydon. To cover 11 shops in the region within a tight cluster. It is essential that you have access to transport.

- Managing and supporting different shop locations as needed
- Leading and developing volunteer teams
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, merchandising and customer service
- Creating positive experiences for customers and volunteers
- Helping each shop achieve its goals while contributing to the wider mission of the charity
