The predicted salary is between 23300 - 25600 £ per year.

Permanent 20 hours, with additional hours required to cover holidays. Part time 20 hours per week [over 7 days to include Sundays]. Salary: £24,700 FTE / £13,351.35 pro rata. Location: Hillsborough shop. We offer many enhanced benefits including; 28 days holiday a year - plus Bank Holidays and stakeholder pension scheme with matching contributions up to 8%. Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Shop Manager in our Hillsborough Shop and assist in driving sales and profits.
  • Work closely with staff and Volunteers to ensure we deliver the best level of customer service.
  • Lead in the absence of the Shop Manager; inspire and empower people around you.
  • Be friendly and positive in your approach and instil energy to those around you.
  • Have creative ability you can bring to the role.
  • Make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise vital funds to support frontline work.
  • Maintain good communication skills both inside and outside the shop and engage with the local community to build support for the shop.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support your Shop Manager to be the best.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive on challenges and opportunities in assisting running a shop.
  • Ability to lead in the absence of the Shop Manager and work with staff and volunteers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
