The predicted salary is between 23300 - 25600 £ per year.
Permanent 20 hours, with additional hours required to cover holidays. Part time 20 hours per week [over 7 days to include Sundays]. Salary: £24,700 FTE / £13,351.35 pro rata. Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Shop Manager in our Hillsborough Shop and assist in driving sales and profits.
- Work closely with staff and Volunteers to ensure we deliver the best level of customer service.
- Lead in the absence of the Shop Manager; inspire and empower people around you.
- Be friendly and positive in your approach and instil energy to those around you.
- Have creative ability you can bring to the role.
- Make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise vital funds to support frontline work.
- Maintain good communication skills both inside and outside the shop and engage with the local community to build support for the shop.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support your Shop Manager to be the best.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive on challenges and opportunities in assisting running a shop.
- Ability to lead in the absence of the Shop Manager and work with staff and volunteers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
