The Children’s Society in Greater Manchester is seeking an Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner for the Safe Zone Service.

Based at the Anthony Seddon Centre in Ashton, you will deliver one-to-one emotional wellbeing sessions, help young people access self-help resources and community services, and contribute to individualised care plans.

The role requires occasional evening/weekend work; funded to 30 June 2027.
