Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: from £23,844.42, depending on qualification level

We want to recruit for an exceptional Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator. We are an established provider within the sector with a fantastic reputation for providing children with a positive and safe environment as they continue to grow.

The role:

  • Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
  • Key working with an allocated group of children
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
  • Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
  • Recording children’s activity throughout the day
  • Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
  • Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working within an Early Years setting (Essential)
  • Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Workforce (Essential)
  • Level 3 Diploma for The Early Years Workforce (Optional)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Essential)
