Role: Early Years Educator - Level 3
Location: Grantham
Hours: 30 hours per week, All year round
Deadline: 12th February 2026
Responsibilities:
- We seek an experienced practitioner committed to building on our existing “Good” Ofsted practice with the aspiration to reach “Outstanding”.
- The role will involve providing opportunities through well‑resourced environments and quality teaching and learning practices for children to develop and explore.
- Working with parents and outside agencies to ensure children can reach their potential.
