We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full‑time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a luxury hotel kitchen setting, while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.

Working Pattern: 5 days across the week

Key Responsibilities of a Commis Chef:

  • Assisting in the preparation and production of menus.
  • Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification.

  • Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty.
  • Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times.
