Role Overview:

  • Assisting with day‑to‑day office tasks such as answering calls and managing basic enquiries.
  • Supporting teams by preparing and distributing forms, spreadsheets, letters and other documentation.
  • Updating internal databases and ensuring information is accurate and current.
  • Organising and filing documents, including scanning and maintaining digital records.
  • Helping schedule meetings or site visits and coordinating communications with internal departments.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with general office organisation.
  • Shadowing staff to learn administrative processes, workflow systems and professional communication.
