- Acting as a first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing the MD’s diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Taking minutes, preparing reports and presentations
- Support general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
- Liaising with staff, clients and suppliers
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Support with the company’s overseas recruitment management
