Job Description
- Taking orders from customer over the phone, via email and adding them onto our CRM system.
- Taking card payments where necessary
- Liaising with customers on courier issues.
- Arranging customer credits and returns.
- Filing
- Database cleansing and imputing data to our CRM system.
- Arranging product information for customers and prospects.
- Online Chat
- Asking for additional required information on email enquiries
- Any other duties as requested by the Departmental Manager.
