Soft market testing for the provision of a domestic abuse perpetrator programme for Trafford Council Ref UID13591. Trafford Community Safety Partnership offers an opportunity to services and charities interested in supporting the domestic abuse strategy. We are seeking a provider to deliver programmes and services that support behaviour change in perpetrators of domestic abuse, including therapeutic counselling and support for perpetrators and their families.
