The OpportunityYou will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and eCommerce team to develop and implement CRM strategies that convert customers, drive loyalty and improve retention.
Your Responsibilities- Campaign Execution: With support of the Digital Marketing Manager, plan and execute one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns across email and SMS working towards agreed goals.
- Content: Develop engaging, on-brand e-mail and SMS content to drive customer conversion, retention, and reactivation.
- Database Growth: Work with the wider marketing team to implement methods to grow and develop customer databases.
- Segmentation: Develop segmentation strategies to target campaigns and improve key email metrics, ensuring we have the correct data points on our customers.
- Loyalty & Retention Strategy: Design and implement new retention strategies, including development of loyalty programs and new initiatives to drive customer lifetime value.
- Campaign Reporting: Analyse and report on campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Test & Learn: Optimise performance using the test and learn approach, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns to identify new opportunities.

Essential- Some experience of working as part of a DTC marketing and/or eCommerce team.
- Experience working with CRM Email Systems, e.g. Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Experience planning promotional campaigns.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships.
- IT literate and able to learn new skills.
- Ability to understand and market the Unique Selling Points of brands.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with others.
- Experience in managing Paid Ad accounts across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and/or Google.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or related subjects.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
