The Cherwell School is a successful comprehensive school in Oxford, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Year Leader passionate about working with young people in a year team. The role supports the Year Leader and contributes to a positive school experience for students, aiming for a positive impact on ethos, behaviour and achievement of the year group.
