About the Role
The Cherwell School is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in this exciting and varied role. This position ensures students are supported during critical transition points and prepared for post‑16 pathways, while providing essential infrastructure for our curriculum. This position will involve working closely with our students, parents and carers, members of staff and external organisations (e.g. outside employers). The successful candidate will therefore need to have excellent communication skills and also have a high level of organisation/planning.
We are open-minded to the possibility of breaking this position into two roles as part of a job share and to accommodate flexible working - this would be discussed at interview.
