We are currently looking to appoint a passionateand motivated English specialist to teach English in our vibrant English and CommunicationsFaculty. The school is rated 'good' by Ofsted following an inspection in April2023. We continue to strive for excellence, both academically and personally,for our children and young people.

English is a key department within theschool and a popular choice at A level. It is a very well-resourced department,with excellent levels of collaboration between teachers. The English block haswell-equipped teaching rooms, and a library that has excellent links to thefaculty. We also run many trips and projects that connect us with local schoolsand wider organisations. These include a Carnegie shadowing scheme, mocktrials, Poetry by Heart, and national creative writing competitions; you willbe joining an enthusiastic and creative team.
