TCPC was founded in 2016 by Dr Tom Pennybacker (Medical Director) and Dr Elena Touroni (Clinical Director) with four other associates based in one therapy room near Sloane Square, Chelsea. Since then, the clinic has grown considerably with an ever-growing number of associates and employees based across five sites – Harley Street, Eaton Gate and Pont Street near Sloane Square, Brook St in Mayfair and High Street Kensington.
