  • Foster a positive and engaged clinical culture, promoting reflective practice, wellbeing, and a sense of team.
  • Support more junior staff such as assistant psychologists or customer service representatives through supervision, reflective practice, direct feedback on their calls, managing of, and learning from complaints.

2. Clinical Work (60% time)

  • Provide high-quality psychological assessment and therapy to individuals, couples and families.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary thinking and support an integrated, client-centred approach across services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and work in accordance with clinic policies, GDPR, and professional codes of practice.
