Exciting Opportunity for a HCPC Registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist. We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Adult Pathway team. Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 pro-rata (depending on experience)
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week
Annual Leave: 27-32 days + bank holidays (pro-rated)

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, you’ll provide specialist psychology services to clients at TCPC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based interventions for adults with mental health needs.
- Offering individual interventions tailored to the needs of each client.
- Working with clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing a broad spectrum of psychological challenges.
- Working at least one evening clinic per week to accommodate clients' schedules.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a psychologist with experience working with adults (18+) in either NHS or private mental health settings. Ideal candidates will have:
- Expertise in managing complex presentations and neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Training in therapeutic modalities like Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, or Couples Therapy (desirable, but not essential).
- The ability to adapt interventions creatively and flexibly to suit the unique needs of each client.
