Full Job Description
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a Finance Assistant & Payroll Support who will drive and support overall payroll processing for the hotel under the guidance of the Hotel Financial Controller. This role includes providing general assistance in all areas of the hotel accounting function.
As Finance Assistant & Payroll Support, your key responsibilities include:
- Complete the administration and inputs for payroll.
- Liaise with HODs on timely processing of timecards and overtime requests to incorporate for payroll processing.
- Support employees with queries related to payslips and payroll.
- Ensure employee payroll payments are processed based on contracted hours, work patterns, and HMRC requirements.
- Provide general assistance in all areas of the hotel accounting function: cash reconciliation, invoices, float checks, supplier queries, etc.
