The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced Bartender who will be required to assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager to maximise sales and profitability, to ensure the bar is clean at all time by following food and Hygiene procedure and the being responsible of the beverages stock. As Bartender your key responsibilities include: To assist and support the Bar Manager/Supervisor in creating an environment, which promotes staff morale, encouraging the Team to show pride in the Bar and to use their skills and attitude to provide highest standards of service thus ensuring maximum efficiency. To consistently strive for innovation and creativity in product and service, that will increase volume and maximise sales and profitability and provide consistent quality service in the Bar. To deal effectively and in the spirit of Chelsea Harbour Hotel with any complaint and, if it cannot be dealt with, to report the complaint. To be fully aware of the daily special, a la carte, apéritif and other items that can be sold in the bar and demonstrate up-to-date job knowledge of new beverages and cocktails, while sharing this knowledge with the rest of the Team.
