Are you looking for the next step in your career at Rettendon Primary School? We are looking for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) who is able to cover classes during PPA time and work in our SEND provision. The right person will have the drive to support the children across all Key Stages to be the very best that they can be whilst inspiring a love of learning.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is able to deliver learning inputs and facilitate learning
  • Is able to use assessment for learning to support the progress of all children
  • Can adapt to daily changes in the timetable and work flexibly
  • Has a positive outlook and willingness to adapt to change
  • Is a good team player, who is able to work with a range of adults
  • Has a passion for supporting the learning and development of all children
  • Has experience working with children with a range of SEND needs
