An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, values-driven leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher. This role is central to supporting the strategic direction of our school, driving excellence in data, progress and achievement, assessment and reporting, timetable, KS3-4 transition and operational leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to deliver an ambitious vision for our students, staff, and wider community.
As Assistant Headteacher, you will support whole-school improvement, oversee key operational systems, and deputise for the Deputy Headteacher when required.
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:
- Strong leadership with the ability to set direction and inspire others
- Expertise in data progress and achievement, assessment and reporting, timetable design and KS3-4 transition
- Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
