We are now seeking an exceptional Trust Safeguarding Lead to drive our Trust-wide safeguarding strategy and strengthen our culture of vigilance and care. In this pivotal, senior role, you will:
- Lead safeguarding strategy across the Trust, ensuring a strong, compliant and proactive safeguarding culture.
- Act as the key expert advisor for DSLs, supporting complex cases and ensuring consistency across all academies.
- Lead the Trust's response to changes in legislation and statutory guidance.
- Deliver Trust-level safeguarding training and oversee safeguarding systems and audits.
- Support schools during Ofsted inspections and champion best practice across the Trust.
We are looking for someone with strong safeguarding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to lead with clarity and impact. At CLP, you will shape practice, influence culture, and make a meaningful contribution to the safety and success of thousands of children across our family of schools.
