The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our central HR team. This role involves leading a team of HR Advisors to provide high-quality HR service across the Trust. As an HR Business Partner, you'll guide leaders through employee relations issues and contribute to the Trust's People Strategy.

A CIPD Level 5 qualification is required, and a background in education is beneficial but not essential. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact within our schools.
