The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Faculty.

This permanent role supports identified students with SEND to access the curriculum, aligning with school policies and safeguarding expectations.

Working 26.40 hours per week across 39 weeks (term time plus inset days) with Scale 3 Point 5-6 (£25,583 - £26,403 FTE). The post offers CPD training and progression opportunities.
