What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day financial processes – purchase orders, invoices and transactions
- Supporting budget monitoring and financial reporting
- Administering school trips and ParentPay systems
- Maintaining contracts, records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Providing high-quality administrative support across school operations
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experienced in finance, accounting or financial administration
- Educated to NVQ Level 3
- Confident using financial systems and IT packages
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- A clear communicator, able to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders
- Calm under pressure and a strong team player
