About the Role
You will be a central figure in executive operations, coordinating strategy, managing complexity, and ensuring the executive team operates at its very best.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level, confidential executive support to the CEO and executive team.
- Manage complex diaries, priorities, and communications across multiple senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive meetings, governance processes and strategic planning.
- Prepare briefings, reports, presentations and correspondence of the highest quality.
- Anticipate challenges, manage risks and ensure leaders are well‑prepared and informed.
- Act as a key point of contact, handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Support delivery of projects and organisational priorities at the executive level.
Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting senior or executive leaders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and use sound professional judgement.
- Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Track record of managing complex workloads and competing priorities.
- Understanding of governance and organisational processes.
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication at a senior level.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Highly competent in IT and information management systems.
- Professional, discreet, highly reliable, proactive, calm and resilient under pressure.
- Confident operating in a senior leadership environment.
