We are seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Caretaker to work within our dedicated Caretaking Team, to be responsible for the smooth and compliant running of our school’s facilities. A key part of this role will be site security, ensuring all buildings are secured in the evening. There may also be the opportunity to step up for two days as an Assistant Premises Manager; full details will be discussed at interview level. Previous caretaking or site management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key holder, carrying out security procedures for the buildings and grounds.
  • Provide access to the premises and classrooms in the event of snow, minor flooding or similar emergency situations.
  • Take delivery of stores, materials and other goods and convey them to their points of distribution.
