Runwell Community Primary School – part of the Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) – is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Scale 3).

Position Details

  • 20 hours per week, term‑time only (39 weeks)
  • Salary: £11,855 – £12,043 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, calls and enquiries
  • Support pupil welfare, including first aid and wellbeing
  • Manage attendance, absence calls, and pupil records
  • Provide administrative support including letters, trips, and communications
  • Use systems such as Parent App and MIS to support the school day
