The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is seeking an outstanding Trust Safeguarding Lead to provide strategic leadership, expert guidance and operational oversight of safeguarding across our family of schools. You will work with Headteachers, Designated Safeguarding Leads, senior leaders and external agencies to ensure high standards of safeguarding and child protection.
You will shape the safeguarding strategy, deliver high-quality training, analyse data to identify risks and drive improvements.
