You'll be joining a professional, busy kitchen where quality, consistency, presentation and hospitality are at the heart of what the team does. This is a hands-on role for a chef who wants to develop their skills, work as part of a strong brigade and continue building their culinary career.
What You'll Be Doing
As Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring it is prepared, organised and ready to deliver a consistent service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing your section ahead of each service.
- Producing dishes consistently to the required recipe, specification and presentation standards.
- Taking pride in taste, quality, freshness and consistency.
- Working with quality ingredients and maintaining excellent preparation standards.
- Supporting the smooth running of your section during busy services.
- Working closely with Senior Chefs and the wider kitchen brigade.
- Supporting and guiding junior chefs where required.
- Maintaining excellent portion control and helping minimise food waste.
- Supporting stock control and ensuring ingredients are stored correctly.
- Checking deliveries and reporting any quality or quantity issues.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards.
- Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service at all times.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie who is ready to work within a high-standard professional kitchen. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef.
- A genuine passion for food and an interest in developing your culinary skills.
- Good preparation, organisation and time-management skills.
- A strong eye for detail and presentation.
- The ability to work calmly and effectively during busy services.
- A good understanding of professional kitchen standards and food hygiene.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well as part of a close-knit kitchen team.
- Pride in your work and a genuine understanding of hospitality.

Requirements
- Ability to commute/relocate: Mayfair: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
- Driving will be essential to the location in this role.
- Experience: Min 5 years of culinary experience, 1 year as CDP. Casual dining, volume and quality driven, with a proven background of 2 or 3 rosette standards or equivalent fine dining and Michelin establishments.
- Confident knowledge of costing, EHO requirements and butchery / fish.
- Passion for teamwork, commitment and growth in a remote area.
- Licence/Certification: Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum required), H&S level 2 (required), Allergen awareness training (required), NLaw awareness (required).
- Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) only, no sponsorship is available at this time.
