Dawn Ellmore Employment are currently working with a leading law firm in the West Midlands, who are seeking a motivated Trade Mark Support Specialist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What experience is required?
To be successful, you will need at least 6 months’ experience working as a Trade Mark Administrator / Paralegal. A CITMA qualification would be an advantage. However, this is not essential if you have the right experience. If you have experience within trade mark records or trade mark renewals, then your application might also be considered. Additionally, you will need to possess good knowledge of trade mark formalities and excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Managing trade mark portfolios.
- Preparing and filing trade mark forms.
- Updating the firm’s case management system.
- Communicating effectively with clients, IPOs, and internal staff.
- Producing reports.
