We are pleased to be assisting our long-standing client as they seek an experienced Trade Mark Support Specialist. This is a fantastic time to join them and take the next step in your career within a leading firm that is continuing to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting fee-earners in a busy Trade Marks team.
  • Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
  • Corresponding with clients and managing queries relating to IP.
  • Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally.
  • Remaining up to date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly.
  • Many other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role handling trade mark tasks. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. The CITMA qualification is desirable but not essential.
