A brand new trade mark support vacancy with a leading international law firm. The role will be responsible for a range of paralegal and formalities related duties including:

  • Managing the IPMS and client IPMS’s
  • Filing new trade mark and design applications
  • Instructing foreign agents for worldwide applications
  • Reporting to clients
  • Processing official documentation
  • Being a point of contact for clients, overseas attorneys, and IPOs
  • Providing schedules and status reports to clients
  • Watch notices and searches
  • Invoicing and billing.

The successful individual will have at least 12 months trade mark experience and ideally hold the CITMA Paralegal Certificate. The firm offers a strong salary and benefits package as well as the opportunity to work from their City-based offices on a hybrid basis.
