A brand new trade mark support vacancy with a leading international law firm. The role will be responsible for a range of paralegal and formalities related duties including:
- Managing the IPMS and client IPMS’s
- Filing new trade mark and design applications
- Instructing foreign agents for worldwide applications
- Reporting to clients
- Processing official documentation
- Being a point of contact for clients, overseas attorneys, and IPOs
- Providing schedules and status reports to clients
- Watch notices and searches
- Invoicing and billing.
The successful individual will have at least 12 months trade mark experience and ideally hold the CITMA Paralegal Certificate. The firm offers a strong salary and benefits package as well as the opportunity to work from their City-based offices on a hybrid basis.
