We’re working in close partnership with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an experienced Senior Trade Mark Paralegal for a key role within their IP team on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working available. What experience is required?
- 6+ years’ experience within a Trade Mark Formalities/Paralegal position.
- Strong understanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO procedures; familiarity with design rights is a plus.
- Proven experience supervising or mentoring team members, with the ability to motivate and guide effectively.
- CITMA Paralegal qualification (preferred but not essential).
