What experience is required?

  • 6+ years’ experience within a Trade Mark Formalities/Paralegal position.
  • Strong understanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO procedures; familiarity with design rights is a plus.
  • Proven experience supervising or mentoring team members, with the ability to motivate and guide effectively.
  • CITMA Paralegal qualification (preferred but not essential).
