About the Role: This is an opportunity for an experienced Learning Coach with construction industry expertise to make a real impact. As an Apprenticeship Learning Coach, you’ll be at the heart of the learner journey—coaching, motivating, reviewing progress, delivering high-impact masterclasses, and ensuring apprentices stay on track to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting high-quality progress reviews that inspire, challenge, and support apprentices to achieve their full potential
  • Coaching and mentoring learners through their apprenticeship programmes, providing targeted guidance and performance feedback
  • Delivering engaging 1:1 sessions, group technical masterclasses aligned to apprenticeship standards
  • Designing and delivering enriched curriculums and individual learning plans mapped to Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs)
  • Delivering highly technical teaching aligned to construction-related occupational standards
  • Monitoring learner progress with immaculate tracking, timely interventions, and robust compliance, ensuring funding and regulatory requirements are met
  • Preparing apprentices for gateway and conducting End-Point Assessments where applicable
  • Assessing, grading, and providing detailed feedback in line with assessment criteria and awarding body requirements

About You: You’ll be a confident, learner-focused professional who brings energy, structure, and credibility to the role. You’ll also bring:

  • Construction industry experience with the ability to contextualise learning for real-world application
  • Experience in vocational and/or higher education delivery at degree level
  • Previous experience working for an apprenticeship training provider
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality training, coaching, and assessment against structured schemes of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around learner tracking, data accuracy, and compliance
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365, CRM/databases, and virtual learning environments (e.g. Moodle)
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
