About The Role: As our Senior Training & Qualifications Manager, you’ll lead the Academy training which includes producing and implementing a product development and delivery roadmap, oversee budgets, and manage the team responsible for delivery of global leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Academy Director on developing the long term training strategy.
- Head up the development of materials for all new courses, certifications and qualifications ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Provide development/project leadership for the work of the Academy Training team to enable the efficient and timely development of products and services.
- Build strong working relationships internally and externally, gaining trust and credibility with sector professionals, technical consultants, education experts, and members.
- Drive the performance and development of your team in line with our Values Framework and Operational Plan/KPIs, motivating and engaging team members to deliver excellent performance.
- Produce, monitor and manage the annual training budgets that align with the departments operational plans and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Produce a monthly departmental training performance report and co-ordinate input from sales and marketing.
About You:
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience of product development and management within the training qualification or education field.
- Bring a track record in designing and executing successful training programmes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of best practice for both traditional and modern training methods (face to face, distance learning, blended learning, and eLearning).
- Strong leadership skills and experience of managing a team to deliver excellence.
- Proven ability to deliver and manage budgets in line with departmental objectives and forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels from senior stakeholders to members of the public.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively and deliver according to deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills, including online learning platforms, Microsoft Office software and database platforms.
